Babar Azam Holds No. 1 Position in Latest ICC T20I Batting Rankings

ICC updated their T20I Rankings today (September 7, 2019). Young Pakistani batting sensation, Babar Azam, sits at the top of the chart with 896 points. He continues to rule the T20I batting list with a comfortable margin. Babar Azam is followed by Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell who has 815 points.

Babar was recently seen playing T20 cricket in England where he represented Somerset in Vitality Blast T20 2019. The stylish batsman scored 578 runs in 13 innings at an average of 52.54 and strike-rate of 149.35. Babar Azam scored four 50s and one hundred in the tournament. He struck 60 four and 14 sixes in the Vitality Blast T20 2019.

Babar Azam, at present, is the only batsman who averages more than fifty in T20Is. Let's have a look at Babar Azam's T20I career so far:
